We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and numerically strong Project Support Intern to assist with both the administrative and analytical aspects of a major mixed-use real estate development in Serbia. You will work closely with the Project Director, gaining exposure to real estate planning, construction coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates in civil engineering, construction economics, architecture, project management, or business/finance, who are comfortable working with budgets, schedules, calculations, and project documentation. 

Key Responsibilities Or What Will You Working On

  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and updating project reports, cost estimates, and financial trackers

  • Support budget monitoring and help track expenditures, invoices, and contract values

  • Perform basic quantity checks, unit price calculations, and comparisons across suppliers or subcontractors

  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including permits, contracts, and technical files

  • Help track project schedules and milestone deadlines using spreadsheets and tracking tools

  • Support tender documentation and vendor comparisons with structured pricing summaries

  • Attend and take minutes in meetings; follow up with stakeholders on assigned actions

  • Translate or review financial and technical documents between Serbian and English as needed

  • Conduct light research (material prices, regulatory fees, construction benchmarks) to assist decision-making

  • Organize project files, correspondence, and communication logs

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in civil engineering, construction management, real estate economics, architecture, business, or finance

  • Strong numerical skills and ability to perform cost comparisons, calculations, and track metrics

  • Familiarity with Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication in English and Serbian, written and verbal

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities

  • Proactive and eager to learn; able to work independently when required

  • Prior internship or project experience in construction, budgeting, or technical administration is a plus
